About Our Farm

Sandhill Meats strives to provide the highest quality meats and other agricultural products.

Sandhill Dairy was established in 2009 as a traditional dairy farm.

The farm transitioned in 2019 to a beef and heifer farm and introduced Sandhill Meats. The meat facility is a membership based self-serve operation. Each member will have access to the facility based on their requested hours of access. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality meats and other locally produced agricultural products.

The Team

Sandhill Meats is ran by Bruce Seidel and his wife Megghan Honke Seidel and Bruce’s brother Mike. Each of them has been involved in agriculture for their entire lives and are dedicated to ensuring members have quality products to purchase and enjoy. Since the transition in 2019 all three members of the team have off-farm jobs as well as working on the farm to raise the livestock and plant the crops.

Sandhill Membership

Become a member of Sandhill Meats to access locally raised quality meats on your own schedule. Members will have keycard access to the market and be able to shop for beef, pork and poultry in bundles or individual packs. All meat is processed in a USDA facility and vacuum sealed for months of freshness. Additional items will be added as the shop expands.
